01

IT self-service portal

A self-service IT portal for a network of insurance agencies: knowledge base, guided incident reporting and ticket tracking, built for thousands of users.

Insurance agency network · 2026 —

Challenge

Incidents reached the service desk mostly by phone. The goal: move most of them to self-service, independently of the client’s own information system.

What we built

  • Five services behind one gateway (knowledge base, reports, transmission, tracking) with RabbitMQ events
  • Single sign-on; a portal token re-verified by every service
  • Step-by-step incident form and ticket tracking linked to the service desk’s ticketing tool
  • Admin dashboard with process flowcharts, FR/EN, dark mode, mobile-ready

→ In delivery: 600+ automated tests, zero npm audit findings.

Run-operations platform

A web app where an international group’s technology teams and their service provider plan recurring operational tasks and validate every occurrence, every day.

International group · technology teams · 2026

Challenge

Recurring operational checks had to be planned, assigned and proven done each day, across the teams of two companies.

What we built

  • Plannings of recurring tasks by weekday and hour; daily Yes / No validation, with a comment required on No
  • A background service that generates occurrences and sends notifications on time
  • Analytics: completion, punctuality, median delay, saved views, CSV export
  • Hardened sessions: HTTP-only RS256 cookie, account lockout, rate limiting, three role levels

→ Its core now powers a second product (next case).

03

Supervision console

An operations console for a supervision team working in shifts: recurring checks, daily validation, notifications and analytics per person and per shift.

Managed-services provider · internal · 2026

Challenge

Shift-based supervision staff needed one place to see what is due, who is on shift, and what was missed.

What we built

  • Built on the run-operations core, with its own identity, keys and database
  • Shifts, monthly rosters and analytics by shift
  • Rules for removing team members without losing their history
  • A light / dark “ops” design system with one strict set of status colours

→ A second product on a proven core: no auth or scheduling code rewritten.

04

IT-operations platform

A production-planning and monitoring platform that automates the checks operations teams used to run by hand.

Pharmaceutical distribution group · 2025

Challenge

Operations staff ran daily batch checks manually across several monitoring chains, in a locked-down enterprise network.

What we built

  • Batch-job orchestration through the Control-M Automation API
  • Recurring task plans turned into scheduled occurrences
  • OCR + screen-capture pipeline exposed to agents as an MCP server
  • Deployment behind a SASE proxy with internal DNS and pm2

→ Five monitoring pipelines automated.

HR & workforce platform

A multi-module internal platform for HR, workforce planning, e-learning and security-training certification.

French services group · 2024 —

Challenge

HR, planning and training lived in separate tools and spreadsheets, with no shared permissions model.

What we built

  • Azure AD single sign-on (OAuth2 PKCE, RS256 JWT in httpOnly cookies)
  • Cascading permission profiles with team and global scopes
  • E-learning and certification modules
  • Payroll-grade exports with money stored in integer cents

→ Lead engineering; a 355-test Jest suite guards the core.

Voice AI agent

A bilingual FR/EN voice agent that runs structured interviews in real time and emails a summary when the call ends.

In-house product · 2026

Challenge

Collecting structured answers by phone or video takes a person per conversation and loses detail.

What we built

  • LiveKit / WebRTC real-time transport
  • Self-hosted speech-to-text and text-to-speech
  • Per-interview event bus with rolling-summary memory
  • Word-level live subtitles and automated e-mail summaries

→ Runs fully self-hosted: no audio leaves the infrastructure.

07

Open-source developer tool

A deterministic architecture-contract engine: a codebase declares its own structure, and the build fails the moment code drifts.

In-house · MIT licence · 2026

Challenge

Coding agents write code fast, and they erode an architecture just as fast.

What we built

  • Layers, allowed imports, naming and placement declared in orbital.toml
  • tree-sitter JavaScript front end + module resolver
  • An --agent output mode with fix-oriented feedback
  • Native binaries distributed through npm

→ Published on GitHub and npm. No LLM in the verification path.
